I love steak. I used to pan-fry or air-fry my steaks, but I realized there had to be a better way. I tried the cast-iron skillet method, but I got tired of smoking up my house and setting off the smoke alarm. Air-frying is okay, but I was still not satisfied with that cooking method for achieving the perfect texture and taste I was aiming for.
So, I went on YouTube to research steakhouses and watched a video on the famous Peter Luger Steakhouse in Brooklyn, New York. The grill they use is called a "salamander," which is a broiler that cooks meat to perfection by providing intense, even heat from above. Ater watching the video, I went on Amazon and typed in "salamander" to read reviews and check prices for one I might buy for me. The one that caught my attention was the
Bighorn Infared Outdoor Grill. It had great reviews and seemed to be priced reasonably for its features, so I ordered it.
It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm now grilling my steaks and getting that high-end
steakhouse sear. The quality and taste are exceptional, making every meal a delight at home.
